To Ritsumeikan Univ. Biwako-Kusatsu Campus (BKC)
An ordinary way is to take a JR train (JR Biwako line) for JR Minami Kusatsu Station and a bus (Ohmi-Tetsudo Bus) from Minami Kusatsu Station for BKC. Special rapid service trains stop at JR Minami Kusatsu Station. It takes 17 mins from Kyoto Station and 47 mins from Osaka Station.You can get to the bus terminal via east exit of the station. You have to take a bus bound for "Ritsumeikan University via Panasonic East End" or "Ritsumeikan University via Kagayaki Avenue" or a shuttle bus for BKC. It takes about 20 mins to get to there.
Note that it is typical to take over 30 mins from BKC to Minami-Kusatsu Station due to traffic congestion in the evening (around 5PM) during the week.

[From the main gate]
Walk to the bottom of FRONTIER AVENUE and turn right in front of a fountain. Then, walk straight on CAMPUS PROMENADE. You can find CREATION-CORE bldg. on your left-hand side at the bottom of CAMPUS PROMENADE.
[From the bus terminal]
Walk through by CANOPY to get to FRONTIER AVENUE and turn right. Then, walk straight on CAMPUS PROMENADE. You can find CREATION-CORE bldg. on your left-hand side at the bottom of CAMPUS PROMENADE.
